Refund policy

RETURNS The customer has the right to request a return within 14 days of the date of receipt of the products. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. To make a return, you must contact us at our email info@mastgloves.it. The goods must be returned intact, in the original packaging, complete in all its parts. Once the above has been verified, MAST will refund the amount of the products, excluding shipping costs, within a maximum of 14 days.

RETURNS OF PERSONALIZED PRODUCTS Products to which a customization has been applied cannot be returned. Article 59, letter c) of the Consumer Code eliminates the right of withdrawal in cases where the goods sold have been made "to measure" or "personalized." Please note that products made to your specifications or clearly personalized are excluded from the legal right of withdrawal and return policies, meaning they cannot be returned unless they are defective.
